Made-to-Order Items

Many of the listed products and sizes are made to order. Made-to-order items are non-refundable. Instead, we will produce and ship a replacement piece at our own cost in the following cases: the parcel was lost by courier (proof provided by carrier after investigation); you received a wrong product (inform us and ship back within 14 days of delivery); you received a defective item (inform us and ship back within 14 days of delivery).
