Many of our listed products and sizes are made to order. Made-to-order items are non-refundable. We will produce and ship a free replacement in the following situations:

• The parcel was lost by the courier (confirmed after carrier investigation)
• You received the wrong product (notify us and return within 14 days of delivery)
• You received a defective item (notify us and return within 14 days of delivery)

We will issue a financial refund if the courier investigation exceeds 2 months without resolution, or if we are unable to produce a replacement item.
